Please make arrangements early to assure a position and no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled weekend. The full fee should be enclosed with your application for the weekend. The fee will be refunded if a couple finds it necessary to cancel a reservation but less than five days prior to the weekend a portion is non-refundable. Your reservations will be confirmed promptly by mail or email.
